The flat is on the 6th floor of this 1971 Patissia block of flats.

Its surface is 17 m2 (170 sq. feet) and you reach it via stairs from the 5th floor.

As a result of its small surface, the current annual land tax is small.

Since it uses the elevator, its monthly building are small but pays for use of the elevator, unlike the Attaleias 2 ground floor flat.
